Custom Orders
Because it is hard to find skilled sewers, cutters, and pattern makers, we are currently above capacity with regular orders. We're sorry, we cannot accept orders for custom-made sizes or styles at this time. If you would like to hire a local seamstress or upholsterer to make an item in fabric that matches your cushions, we can sell you matching fabric by the yard.
Special Orders
If an item is out of stock, you may place a Special Order for us to make an item in one of the sizes and styles that we do carry. Special Orders may take 1-3 weeks to cut and sew, or longer if the fabric is on backorder from the fabric supplier. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is ready to ship. If your order is not ready to ship after 30 days you will receive a status update by email. If you pay for shipping by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, your order will ship by that method when it is ready; selecting one of these shipping methods does not speed up how long it takes to cut and sew the items.
