How long will it take to receive my order?

Items that are in stock typically arrive within 3-9 business days.  Most orders are fulfilled next business day; our shipping department is staffed Monday - Friday until 3:00p US EST.  You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Although most orders are handed over to the shipping carrier on the next business day, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing in times of high order volume.
Items that are out of stock may take 2-3 weeks for us to cut and sew before they are ready to ship. Special Orders may take longer for some fabrics due to supply-chain interruptions.  If an item is out of stock the product page will display a "Special Order" button instead of an "Add to Cart" button, you will also receive an email notification if the item you ordered is out of stock and being processed as a Special Order.
Order processing times and delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed.

Can I pay extra to have my order expedited or sent Priority or Overnight?

For most orders you can select USPS Priority Mail as a shipping method at checkout. If you do not see the option, or if you want to pay for Overnight Shipping, please contact Customer Service. Please bear in mind, our cushions are big and heavy, the cost to ship your order via Overnight may be $100 or more.
Selecting USPS Priority Mail will not affect how long it takes to process and package your order.  Most USPS Priority Mail orders will be given over to the post office within 1-3 business days.  If you have a special event, we can try to process your order ASAP on a best efforts basis, but order processing times and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Please contact customer service if you would like to request ASAP order processing on a best efforts basis.
Please be aware that the carriers do not guarantee delivery dates for USP Ground and USPS Priority Mail shipments; orders that arrive later than the estimated delivery date are returnable under the Standard Returns policy.
If you placed a Special Order, selecting USPS Priority Mail shipping will not affect how long it takes to sew your order; after your order has been sewn it will be shipped via Priority Mail if you selected this option at checkout.
Please consider purchasing a gift card if you are concerned that your order won't arrive in time for a gift giving occasion.

Can I choose which shipping carrier delivers my order?

For most orders you can select UPS or United Stated Postal Service (USPS) at checkout, if you have a preference.  Do not select a promotional shipping offer such as free shipping or flat rate shipping if you have a preference for your order to go by a specific shipping carrier.

Can I have you bill shipping charges to my own FedEx account (or other carrier account)?

If you do not see your preferred carrier at checkout, or if you wish to request that we charge shipping to your own carrier account, you can contact customer service to order by phone during normal business hours. 1-478-745-1663, Monday-Friday, 9:00a-4:30p US EST.

How are shipping charges calculated?

After entering your shipping address at checkout, our store will obtain a shipping cost directly from USPS and UPS based on the weight and dimensions of your package, and the distance to your zip code. All orders are shipped from our own warehouse in Macon, GA.

Why do shipping charges seem high?

Surcharge - UPS and USPS have imposed a fuel surcharge to account for rising transportation costs.

Larger, heavier packages - Latex foam fill offers premium comfort and lasts longer than other fills, but it is heavier to ship than polyester fiber fill cushions. Most of our shipments are considered "oversize" by both shipping carriers, which also costs more to ship.

We pay higher wages - As a Made in USA manufacturer, our labor costs (the wages we pay our workers) are already 25%-588% higher than our competitors who use foreign labor. To keep our prices competitive we have to operate at a narrower margin. We believe in being transparent about how much shipping actually costs.

We refuse to sell out our customers - Many of the big players in retail who are famous for offering free shipping on all orders are offsetting the cost by selling customer mailing lists, selling data they collect about buyer behavior, selling advertising space on their website, or selling "special offers from our partners" that get packed with your order. We don't use any tricks to offset the cost of "free" shipping.

Most of our customers feel our cushions are worth the investment, and we hope you will agree!
