What can I do if my order was shipped Signature Required but I won't be home for delivery?

If your shipment was shipped Signature Required, or if the carrier felt that it was unsafe to leave the package at your address, you can use the tracking number to make alternative arrangements with the shipper.  Such arrangements may include having the package delivered at a scheduled date and time, or picking up the package from a local pick up point.  Other options may be available from some carriers, such as re-directing the package to another delivery address; additional fees may apply to some service options.

We're sorry, re-shipping the order without Signature Required service will not be an option. If you refuse to pickup your package from a holding location you will be responsible for additional or non-refundable shipping charges.
