It can be disappointing and inconvenient to find your package has been rained on after it was delivered, but the good news is, all of our products can survive a rainy delivery day without harm.
- To prevent damage to your items, remove them from the wet packaging immediately.
- If the cardboard was completely saturated and remained in contact with your items for awhile, consider rinsing your items in cool tap water or following the product label care instructions to wash the cushions. This step may be unnecessary if you ordered stain resistant or synthetic fabric options, or if your package was only briefly exposed. But if you are worried about your cushions discoloring, following this step can give you peace of mind.
- Allow the items to air dry completely in a well ventilated area. Do not put cushions in the dryer.
